Ordering & Minimums
What is the minimum order quantity?+
Our minimum is 25 pieces per design. There is no maximum — we handle orders from 25 cups to 25,000 and beyond.
Can I order multiple designs in one order?+
Yes. Each design is treated as a separate line item with its own 25-piece minimum. Contact us and we can help structure a mixed order.
Can I reorder my previous design?+
Absolutely. We store your approved artwork for up to 12 months. Just reference your previous order number and we will get it back to press quickly.
Do you offer samples?+
We do not ship blank samples, but we can show you printed samples of previous work during a factory visit or by request. Contact us to discuss.
Design & Artwork
Is design really free?+
Yes, completely. Every order includes a professional design proof created by our in-house team — no design fees, no setup charges, ever.
What if I already have my own artwork?+
Perfect — upload it during checkout. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PNG/JPG (300 dpi+). We will review it for print readiness and confirm before production.
What if I do not have a logo or design?+
Just tell us your business name, colors, and the look you want. Our team will create a design from scratch using the latest AI design tools, refined by our human designers.
How many revisions do I get?+
The first full round of corrections is free. We want you happy with the proof before we print. Additional rounds beyond the first may incur a small fee.
Will the printed colors exactly match my screen?+
Screen colors (RGB) and print colors (CMYK) can differ due to monitor calibration. We do our best to match your brand colors. If exact Pantone matching is critical, let us know upfront.
Do you keep my artwork on file?+
Yes, we retain your approved files for up to 12 months to make reordering easy. You can request deletion of your files at any time.
Production & Turnaround
How long does production take?+
Standard production is 3–5 business days after you approve your design proof. Rush production may be available — contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.
When does the clock start?+
Production begins the business day after you approve your proof. Proof delivery is typically within 1–2 business days of your order.
Do you offer rush orders?+
In many cases, yes. Rush availability depends on current production volume. Contact us directly at (714) 594-9573 to discuss your timeline.
Where are your products made?+
Everything is designed and printed in Huntington Beach, California — Surf City USA. We are 100% American manufacturing, no overseas production.
Shipping & Pickup
How is my order shipped?+
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Do you offer free shipping?+
We do not offer blanket free shipping, but shipping rates are competitive. For large orders, contact us for a freight quote.
Can I pick up my order?+
Yes — Will Call pickup is free at our Huntington Beach factory. Hours are Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm PT. Just select "Will Call" at checkout or mention it in your order notes.
Do you ship outside the US?+
Currently we ship within the contiguous United States only. Contact us for special arrangements.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Document the damage with photos and contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Are your cups food safe?+
Yes. All materials are FDA-compliant and food-grade. We use food-safe inks and certified paper stock on all products.
What sizes of paper cups do you offer?+
We offer a range of sizes from 4oz to 20oz. Browse our catalog for current available sizes and styles.
Are your products hot or cold cup compatible?+
We offer both hot and cold cup options. Hot cups are designed with PE lining for heat resistance. Cold cups are designed for iced beverages. Product listings specify compatibility.
Do you offer eco-friendly options?+
We are actively expanding our sustainable materials lineup. Contact us to ask about current eco-friendly paper and biodegradable options.
Can you print on bags and food containers too?+
