Paper Cups and Food Containers

We're leading the way with breakthrough Thermal Shield technology and advanced Ultrasonic Welds that ensure your cups will never leak or lose their structural integrity, even with the hottest beverages. This technology is fairly recent, and while the industry will eventually catch up, the equipment required is a significant investment. Being first comes naturally to us — it's what we do.

Expanding to Los Angeles

Big News — We're Expanding to Los Angeles

We heard you. Every order, every reorder, every phone call asking if we can handle more volume — we heard all of it. And first, thank you. Your business is the reason we're able to say what I'm about to say. We're opening a second facility in Los Angeles. 60,000 square feet. Our manufacturing roots will always be in Huntington Beach — Surf City USA. It would probably help if I actually knew how to surf, but hey, you never know. Maybe one day. ### What This Means for Our Capacity Right now, our Huntington Beach facility is dialed in for short-run printing and custom orders. That's not changing. If you're ordering 25 custom cups for your event or a few hundred for your coffee shop, your order is still coming off the same production line, same quality, same team. No interruption. The LA facility is a different animal. We're bringing in new cup-forming machines that are on another level — German-engineered equipment built for speed and precision. We're adding a web press for high-volume runs: franchises, national hotel chains, large-scale retail. And we're going to die-cut our own cardstock in-house, which means we control every step from raw material to finished product under our own roof. ### A National Retailer Picked Us Up I can't name them yet — NDA keeps that under wraps for now. But a very well-known national retailer has started carrying our food containers in their stores. That's all I can say right now. When the time comes, you'll hear about it here first. ### New Trade Department for Brokers This one's been a long time coming. We're building a dedicated Trade Department specifically for brokers and resellers. Special pricing tiers, dedicated support, marketing tools, templates, tutorials — everything you need to sell our products under your own operation. If you're a broker or distributor, this is going to be your lane. ### Jobs and Growth This expansion means jobs. Real ones. We're going to be hiring across the board — production, logistics, quality control, sales. Growing the team is something I take seriously. The people who build this stuff every day are the backbone of this company, and bringing more folks into the operation is one of the best parts of scaling up. ### AI and Robotics on the Production Floor Last thing, and this one matters to me personally. We're investing in AI-powered quality control — systems that can identify defects the human eye misses. Consistency at scale is everything in manufacturing, and this technology makes sure every single unit meets spec before it ships. We're also bringing in robotic systems for the most dangerous tasks on the floor. If a machine can handle the job that puts a person at risk, then the machine should be doing it. Period. The goal is simple: better products, safer people. ### What's Next We're not slowing down. Huntington Beach stays home base. LA gives us the muscle to compete at the national level. And we're going to keep building this company the same way we started — factory direct, no middlemen, transparent pricing, and quality you can hold in your hand. Stay tuned. — Aram US Paper Cup Factory Huntington Beach, CA

Paper Cups V2 Launch

We're Live — US Paper Cup Factory V2 is Here

Not gonna sugarcoat it — V1 was rough around the edges. It worked, but it wasn't what I wanted to put in front of you. So we went back in, rebuilt the whole thing from the ground up, and now we're running on a platform that actually matches the quality of what comes off our production floor. Here's what changed and why it matters to you: ### Checkout That Doesn't Fight You The old flow had too many steps and too much friction. The new storefront is fast — add to cart, pay, done. No spinning wheels, no page reloads, no "did my order go through?" We built this for people who order in bulk and don't have time to babysit a checkout page. ### Tax-Exempt Accounts for Resellers If you've got a valid Reseller Permit, upload it once and you're done. Sales tax drops off automatically on every future order. No more emailing us PDFs, no more manual adjustments. This was the number one request from our wholesale buyers and it's finally baked in. ### Net 15, 30, and 45-Day Terms Cash flow matters, especially when you're stocking up. We've integrated net terms directly into checkout — apply once, get approved, and start ordering on credit. No third-party apps, no invoice chasing. It's built into the system. ### Factory Direct Pricing That Scales This is the part I'm most proud of. The more you order, the lower your per-unit cost goes — and you see it in real time as you build your order. We're not hiding pricing behind a "call for quote" wall. Everything is transparent: 8oz, 10oz, 12oz, blank or custom printed, kraft or white. Pick your size, pick your quantity, see your price. ### Now Open to Everyone — Not Just Wholesale This was a big one. We used to be strictly bulk orders, which meant if you needed 25 cups for your kid's birthday party or a small office event, you were out of luck. Not anymore. Our new system is powered by a full business management platform running on our own servers — and it handles everything from a 25-cup retail order to a 10,000-cup wholesale run. Same factory direct pricing structure, same quality, just scaled to what you actually need. Whether you're a restaurant stocking up for the quarter or a mom planning a party, you're buying from the same production line. ### Introducing Thermoshield Technology ![Thermal Shield Structure](/images/10oz-shield.jpg) As if that wasn't enough, we are introducing completely new, state-of-the-art engineering. Our advanced **Thermoshield** provides such superior insulation that it is no longer necessary to use expensive, heavy double-walled cups for hot water. This breakthrough leaves a significantly smaller environmental footprint while providing unmatched structural integrity using our advanced Ultrasonic Welds. **Important Drawback: This advanced thermal structure is strictly NOT microwavable.** ### Why We Did This I started US Paper Cup Factory because I saw an industry full of middlemen, long lead times, and zero transparency. We print everything in-house at our facility in Huntington Beach, CA. When you order from us, there's no overseas container ship involved. Your cups are made here, printed here, and shipped from here. V2 is the platform this operation deserves. Take a look around and let us know what you think. — Aram US Paper Cup Factory Huntington Beach, CA

Tuck & Lock Food Container

Tuck & Lock — Built to Protect the Flavors of Life

We're not going to sit here and pretend a food container is exciting. But when you open your lunch and everything is exactly where you packed it — still warm, nothing leaked, lid still locked tight — that's when the container did its job. And that's exactly what the Tuck & Lock was built to do. ### Built Sturdy, Not Flimsy This isn't one of those containers that buckles the second you stack something on top of it. The Tuck & Lock is thick, rigid cardstock — kraft or white — engineered to hold its shape whether you're packing a loaded gyro or stacking ten boxes in a catering bag. You can grip it, toss it in a bag, hand it through a drive-thru window, and it's not going to fold on you. ### The Lock Actually Works We named it Tuck & Lock because that's literally what it does. The top flap tucks in and locks into place. It doesn't pop open in transit. It doesn't slowly lift while it's sitting in a delivery bag. Once it's locked, it's locked. Your food stays inside, the steam stays inside, and nothing ends up on the bottom of someone's car seat. ### Handles Moisture Like a Pro Saucy pulled pork. Buttery pasta. Fruit salad sitting in its own juice. The Tuck & Lock handles all of it. The cardstock is built to resist moisture without turning into a soggy mess. And yes — you can put it in the fridge. Pack your meal prep on Sunday, stack them in the fridge, and pull them out all week. The container holds up. ### The Lid Is a Billboard Here's something nobody talks about. The top flap on the Tuck & Lock is one solid, flat surface. That's prime real estate. Write a name on it with a Sharpie for catering orders. Label it with contents and a date for meal prep. Jot down reheating instructions for your customers. Draw a smiley face on your kid's lunch box. It works with pen, marker, and Sharpie — clean lines, no bleeding, no smearing. For food trucks and restaurants doing high-volume takeout, this is a game changer. No more sticker labels falling off. No more guessing which box has the chicken and which one has the fish. Just write on it. ### Every Cuisine, Every Occasion Greek gyros. Shrimp pasta. Pepperoni pizza. Empanadas. BBQ. Sushi. Salads. Fruit. We've packed all of it in the Tuck & Lock and it handles every single one. Greasy, saucy, dry, cold, hot — doesn't matter. The container adapts to whatever you're serving. ### Available in Kraft and White Two options. Kraft gives you that natural, earthy, eco-conscious look that farmers markets and artisan spots love. White gives you a clean, professional presentation for catering, corporate events, and upscale takeout. Same build quality, same lock system, just different aesthetics. ### Bottom Line The Tuck & Lock isn't trying to be fancy. It's trying to keep your food secure, your presentation clean, and your operation running smooth. That's it. And it does all three every single time. — Aram US Paper Cup Factory Huntington Beach, CA

Containers for Life Organization

Containers for Life — Organize Everything

We designed the Tuck & Lock for food. Our customers had other plans. ![Container for Life](/images/container_for_life.jpg) It started with a photo someone sent us — a Tuck & Lock on their desk holding pens, binder clips, and sticky notes. Then another customer sent one from their bathroom — cotton pads, Q-tips, and travel bottles, all organized in a kraft container on the counter. Then we saw one in a kitchen drawer holding spice jars and tea packets. We didn't plan this. But it makes perfect sense. The Tuck & Lock is rigid. It holds its shape on a shelf, in a drawer, on a countertop. The lid tucks back and stays open so you can see everything inside. And that flat front panel? People started labeling them — "Art Supplies," "Tech Cables," "Vanity & Beauty Kit" — turning a food container into a modular storage system. ![Organize Everything](/images/change_image_ratio_202604161903.jpeg) Here's what we've seen customers use them for so far: desk organizers for home offices, bathroom caddies, junk drawer dividers, craft supply bins, kids' activity kits, travel toiletry boxes, garage hardware sorters, spice drawer organizers, business card holders, and charging station trays. At a few cents per container, you're getting an organizer that looks intentional, stacks clean, and costs less than any plastic bin at the store. And when you're done with it, it's recyclable. No guilt, no waste. We made containers for food. You turned them into containers for life.
