How long does production take?
Standard production time is typically 5-7 business days after design approval. We also offer rush options if you need your cups sooner.
Is design service really free?
Yes! Every order includes one free professional design and one free revision. Our Concierge Design Team will ensure your artwork is optimized for the curved surface of the cup.
Where are your cups made?
All our cups are proudly manufactured in our 8,000 sqft facility in Huntington Beach, California, using food-safe, American-made materials.
Can I see a proof before I pay?
We provide a free 3D digital mockup once you start the order process. You can also upgrade to a production photo proof or a mailed physical sample during checkout.
What kind of ink do you use?
We use premium water-based pigment inks that are 100% food-safe, waterproof, and odorless. They provide vibrant, high-definition results that won't smudge.
