One of the most common questions we get is: "Do I need double wall cups?" The answer depends on your menu and your desired customer experience.

Single Wall cups are economical and lightweight. However, for very hot piping drinks like tea or americanos, they usually require a separate cardboard sleeve to protect the customer's hand. This adds a step to your service workflow and an extra inventory item to manage.

Double Wall cups have a built-in air pocket or extra layer of paper board that acts as insulation. This eliminates the need for sleeves entirely and provides a premium, substantial hand-feel. For high-end cafes, double wall is often the preferred choice for a streamlined, elegant customer experience.
